The Terms are between Peji Naturals Inc. and its affiliate companies and you.  Peji Naturals Inc. reserves the right to revise, change and update these terms whenever deems necessary, without prior notice. It is your option and responsibility to review the terms regularly. The term “Affiliates” refers to related, affiliate and subsidiary companies or brands.

2-Intellectual property: This website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Peji Naturals Inc. and is protected by copyright laws. PEJI BAR is a registered trademark protected by copyright laws. 

3- User conduct: You agree not to engage in any activities that may disrupt or interfere with the website, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, or any illegal activities

4-Terms of Purchase: Your purchase is priced as it was stated to you at the time of purchase. This price includes sales tax. The purchase will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of purchase.

Our prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any of our products without prior notice.  Peji Naturals Inc. shall not be liable for these changes or modifications.  

5-Shipments and Delivery: Peji Naturals, Inc. will handle the shipment of your order. We currently only ship within the contiguous United States. For delivery options specific to your product, please check its individual page. You are responsible for all shipping and handling fees shown during checkout.

Please ensure you provide a correct and accessible shipping address during the ordering process. Peji Naturals, Inc. is not responsible for any issues with delivery caused by an incorrect address or your failure to receive the shipment. Once your order is delivered to the address you provided, you assume all responsibility for the products, including any risk of loss.

6-Returns and Refunds: We understand that you might have a change of heart, and at Peji Naturals, Inc., your satisfaction is our priority. Since our products are made with fresh ingredients and have a short shelf life, we're unable to accept returns. However, if you aren't completely satisfied with your recent online purchase, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll need your order number to get started, and we'll do our best to find a solution. If for whatever reason you're not satisfied or happen to receive a product that is damaged, please contact our Customer Service department by emailing us at support@pejibar.com

8-Disclaimer of Warranties: This website is provided ”as is” without any warranties, expressed or implied. Peji Naturals Inc. does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information on the website.

Peji Naturals Inc. attempts to ensure the integrity and accuracy of all the information on its site. Nonetheless  no warranties are made that the products will meet your expectations or results as described will be obtained. 10-Governing Law: These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Any action to enforce or interpret them shall be brought and maintained exclusively in the Superior Court of the State of Florida in Miami or the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Florida in Miami. The parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive all objections thereto.

11- Limitations: Sales are limited to individuals 18 years and older. Your order is solely for personal use and not for re-distribution. You agree that you will not access, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purpose, the Services or any portion thereof. Peji Naturals Inc. will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such activities, and Peji Naturals Inc. reserves the right to terminate access to the Services, with or without notice. 

12- Dispute Resolution; Arbitration Agreement: Any disputes between Peji Naturals Inc. and you,  that in any way relate to these Terms of Use or your use of the Site will be resolved by BINDING ARBITRATION. ACCORDINGLY, YOU AGREE TO GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT (INCLUDING IN A CLASS ACTION PROCEEDING) to assert or defend your rights under these Terms of Use (except for matters that may be taken to small claims court). Your rights will be determined by a NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR and NOT a judge or jury and your claims cannot be brought as a class action,

This information may be used to improve the website. This information will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties. Peji Naturals Inc. will take all reasonable measures to protect user information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Peji Naturals Inc. reserves the right to update or change the Privacy Policy at any moment without prior notice. You are responsible to regularly check these policies.

Use of information:  you acknowledge and consent that Peji Naturals Inc. may use any comments, ideas or information contained in any communication you may send us, for promotion or marketing our products.
