How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have a PEJI BAR account, you can also find your tracking number in the Order History section of My Account. You can click on the link in your shipping confirmation email to locate your package.
If you are having trouble locating your package, write to us at support@pejibar.com. Our team is here to help.
I haven't received my order. What's happening?
We apologize for the inconvenience! It's possible your package was lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, or left at an unexpected location.
We suggest checking the tracking details for any notes from the carrier, like "left at side door." If you still can't find your order after checking all possible locations, please reach out to us at support@pejibar.com for assistance.
I received the wrong items. What should I do?
Ooops! Sorry to hear that. Please write to us at support@pejibar.com and we'll make it right.
My product is damaged or defective. What should I do?
We put our products through rigorous quality checks to ensure they meet our high standards. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item that doesn't meet your expectations, please email us at support@pejibar.com.
To help us assess the issue and prevent it from happening again, please include the Lot Number and Best By Date from the product packaging. If you can, also attach a photo of the defect. We'll review the information and work to make it right.
My card got declined. Can't place an order.
Here are a few tips if you're having trouble placing an order:
- If you have a credit card saved to your account, try deleting it and re-entering the information or using a different card.
- Check that your billing name and address exactly match the information on your credit card statement.
- Make sure you enter your credit card's expiration date in the format MM/YYYY.
- Verify that your full email address has been entered correctly.

Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
By placing an order, you're offering to buy the items you've selected under the Terms of Service. Once your order is received, we'll send a confirmation email with your order number and the details of your purchase. Please note that fulfilling your order depends on product availability.
While we can't support cancellations once an order is submitted, you can reach out to our Customer Service team at support@pejibar.com for assistance.
Oh! And please note too that we also reserve the right to refuse any order or to limit the quantity of products purchased per person, household, or order. This includes orders placed under the same customer account, credit card, or using the same billing or shipping address.
I forgot my account's password. Can I reset it?
Yes! Please visit the PEJI BAR login page. Enter in the email address associated with your account and from there, click "Forgot Your Password?" A password reset link will be sent to your inbox within a few minutes. Don't forget to check your junk or spam folders!

Do you ship overseas?
We currently only ship to all states in the United States. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Can I return my order and get a refund or exchange it for another product?
We understand that you might have a change of heart. Your satisfaction is our priority. Since our products are made with fresh ingredients and have a short shelf life, we're unable to accept returns. However, if you aren't completely satisfied with your recent online purchase, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll need your order number to get started, and we'll do our best to find a solution. If for whatever reason you're not satisfied or happen to receive a product that is damaged, please contact our Customer Service department by emailing us at support@pejibar.com
